After lunch on a normal day...

I really love this picture! Most days after lunch Thayne has quiet time. I usually read a few books to Thayne and then he has to go into his room and look at books by himself. Even though he sometimes asks if he can play instead, I'd like to think he really enjoys this quiet time! It is also pretty normal for him to take the pieces of fruit or vegetable, that he didn't finish eating during lunch, with him to his room while he looks at books. I love this picture because I can tell he is enjoying looking at his book and he has a little bit of apple in his hand and mouth!
Just makes me smile.
